Terms and Conditions

By using Duttons Destinations travel services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking and Payment

A deposit is required at booking. Deposit amounts vary by supplier or cruise line. Final payment is due by the specified deadline. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and loss of funds paid. Prices are subject to change until confirmed and paid in full.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are set by each travel supplier. Duttons Destinations charges a non-refundable service fee on all cancellations, separate from any supplier penalties. Refunds, if available, are processed according to supplier rules. Some bookings are non-refundable.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. It protects against cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unexpected events. If declined, the client accepts full financial responsibility for any losses.

Responsibility and Liability

Duttons Destinations acts as an agent for airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and other travel suppliers. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service issues caused by third parties or force majeure events such as weather or government actions. Clients are responsible for valid passports, visas, and vaccinations.

Changes and Modifications

Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may include supplier-imposed fees. Duttons Destinations is not responsible for increased costs due to modifications.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must review all travel documents and report any issues immediately. It is the clients responsibility to arrive on time for scheduled travel. Any problems during travel should be reported to the supplier or to Duttons Destinations for assistance.

Conduct and Compliance

Clients must follow all supplier policies and local laws. Any disruption or removal from travel services due to client behavior is the clients responsibility.

Privacy Policy

Client information is used only to arrange and manage travel. We do not sell or share personal data outside of what is required for booking. By booking with us, you agree to receive travel-related communications.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute must first be addressed with Duttons Destinations. If unresolved, disputes will be handled under Florida state law.
